Terms and Conditions for Studio8687 Photography

Thank you for choosing Studio8687! By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.1 Services Provided
Studio8687, led by Alyssa Noelle, provides photography services, including but not limited to fashion, beauty, and portrait photography. Hair and Make up is extra

1.2 Booking
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

1.3 Session Duration
Session times are specified at the time of booking. Any extension of session time beyond what is agreed upon may incur additional fees.

2.1 Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. The deposit is applied to the total session cost.

2.2 Final Payment
The remaining balance of the session fee is due on the day of your photoshoot. We accept Cash, Zelle, Cashapp and more, ask about your preferred payment method.

2.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: A 30-day notice is required for cancellations to transfer your deposit to another day. If you cancel within 30 days of your scheduled session you must repay your deposit.
   
• No Shows: If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, you will be responsible for paying the remaining balance of the session fee. This includes the full cost of the session, even if no photos are taken.
   

2.4 Rescheduling:
You may reschedule your session up to 30 days before the original date without penalty, subject to availability. After that, a rescheduling fee may apply.

3.1 Turnaround Time
Final edited images will be delivered within 1-4 weeks after the session date. You will receive high-resolution digital files via online gallery.

3.2 Image Usage
You are granted full rights to use the final images for personal use, such as social media, and personal websites. However, Studio8687 retains the right to use the images for marketing, promotional, and printing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Rush Orders
If you require expedited delivery of your final images, a rush fee will be charged. Please notify us in advance to discuss availability and pricing.

4.1 Copyright Ownership
All images taken during your session are the property of Studio8687 (Alyssa Noelle). You are granted usage rights for personal purposes only unless otherwise specified in your contract.

4.2 Creative Control
Studio8687 reserves the creative rights to all photos taken during the session, including the choice of editing style and image selection. If you have any specific preferences, please communicate them prior to the session.

5.1 Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your session time will be reduced accordingly, and any additional time required may incur extra charges.

5.2 Outfits and Styling
We recommend that clients bring several outfit options for their shoot. For makeup and hairstyling services, please notify us in advance of any special requests, allergies, or sensitivities.

5.3 Conduct During Session
Studio8687 expects clients to behave in a respectful and professional manner during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

6.1 Limitation of Liability
Studio8687 is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your session. Clients assume full responsibility for their actions during the photoshoot.

6.2 Force Majeure
Studio8687 will not be held liable for any failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or technical malfunctions.

7.1 Personal Information
Any personal information provided during booking or communication will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of fulfilling your photography session. We will not share your information with third parties unless required by law.

7.2 Image Privacy
If you prefer to keep your images private, please inform us in writing. We will honor your wishes and will not share your images publicly without your permission. TF excluded.

Studio8687 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and the revised version will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you agree to the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles
